ABOUT/CV

Patricia Rodriguez is a native of Oak Cliff, Texas and has been creating art and music for over twenty years. She is currently freelancing as a painter and muralist and draws a major part of her inspiration for her work from Nature.

The approach to each painting is subconscious and organic, it is never sketched or pre planned…giving it a fresh energy that is created in the moment.

Artist Statement This body of work is an exploration of Nature as a form of energy. Chaos and elegance coexist as these surreal plant forms take on different arrangements to express the pure energy of life.  The work is driven by color and movement, an invitation to look closely at your reality and surroundings in a hyper digital age where screens have become our environment.

Art and Nature have the power of healing and therapy, these works aim to reconnect you with the primal essence of your Natural world.
